Is there room for him on the baseball team?

Many feel that is his top sport.

That’s what I continue to hear too.

If UGA can’t convince him to blueshirt then I think he ends up at OM. Those are the only 2 schools I see in play.

I read an article about another team picking up interest in him. Seems the talk with us died pretty quickly.

For what it is worth, he still seems all in for Georgia. He never wears/has any other school gear other than Georgia's. He lifts at a small gym with me most early morning weekdays.

I could be wrong but I don't see him being a big time QB in the SEC. Seems like he would be a better fit for baseball but I am no expert. Nice kid though.

It was a rarely used loophole to get around signing limits. It has to do with non recruited athletes that received a scholarship in the first semester. You didn't have to count them as counters until the following year. Rare because there aren't that many non recruited guys you would want to give a scholarship to.

This is no longer a thing as the new signing rules make you count anyone receiving a scholarship in the first semester of an academic year against the current year's numbers.

If the dude gets a shot (it probably won't be at Georgia), I bet he becomes an above average Quarterback in college. When I look at his film, I see a shifty quarterback with lots of intangibles and an adequate arm.

He has some awesome highlights. He has that Johnny Manziel elusiveness. I think he will have a good college career at the right school. LSU never showed any interest. Someone's going to get a player, though.
