"Until then he has two more official visits to take in January. Those two trips will be to LSU and Mississippi State. "

"I talked to Coach Orgeron and he's cool," he said. "I like Coach O. Coach Aranda, I like Coach Aranda and knowing that he just signed a contract extension, and knowing that he's going to be my coach my whole career that's big."

I never hold out hope on Mississippi kids. Unless they're a legacy

Not getting my hopes up with a kid from Mississippi that didn't show interest until late. If we get him, I'll be pleasantly surprised

Yesss we need him. Looks great on film. Very noticeable improvement in speed and in instincts between his junior and senior year. Quick twitch and physical.

Maybe this is the beginning of the linebacker commitments. These kids want to be taught by a good coach but that begins with a sense of stability. Apparently, Aranda gave him that.

Do we really have a shot at a kid that is sitting in State's backyard?

Idk know it will be a tough pull. Patrick queen seems to want him and Moses in the class but I think the Moses ship has sailed. Hopefully he works on gay

He's very enamored with Michigan. If he can qualify, I think he picks them. Otherwise, he'll stay in Miss.

Why would a kid from Starkville waste an official on MSU? Not saying to rule them out, but to get out of Starkville his full 5 allotted times. I'm sure he has a good idea of what the Moo U campus looks like.

Yes, look at how things have gone recently with Miss recruiting.

If LSU can land Brennan, Akers and Gay, from that state, and keep the OL already committed it could be the best year ever in recruiting Mississippi.

Willie Gay is probably the biggest challenge of all those players.

This kid is only 6'1.5"? They must be recruiting "little people" in the Army these days.

He's going to be. Not he would be. "Going to be."

Just a biased observation.

Not that there's anything wrong with that.
