based on what I know others have received, it's most likely frighteningly low. Mostly apparel, tickets, attention, and ego stroking.

Look this has to be dealt with by the NCAA, and they apparently choose not to do so. It is unfortunate, but now that collegiate sports has really become about the money this is what we have to deal with.
