7 days...technically not a "deadline" as he doesn't have to sign the LOI at all. But I think the team is only on the hook for 7 days then would have to re-issue. Signing period is up on Apr 1

that is the end of the signing period, but an individual LOI issued by a school to a player has to be signed within 7 days. Of course they can issue another one if they like after that
