Odoh is currently in summer school at Hill Junior College taking classes he needs to graduate. It is my understanding that LSU will take him once he graduates and becomes eligible.
No news is good news on this front. If it was known that LSU was not taking him, then he would be taking visits and considering other offers. I believe it is a foregone conclusion that he ends up at LSU, as long as he becomes eligible.
ETA: I don't think Forrest will have any bearing on the decision. Forrest will likely not be coaching this season, at least at the major college level.
