LINK James Smith is an extremely reliable source.
I posted about Brandon Martin about a month back...because I thought he was gonna be something special! Now look at him...he's showing out with the top competition in the country. He's playing at the Under Armour All-American Game and looking very good in practice. Formerly from Wossman HS outta Monroe, La. But now goes to Prime Prep in Dallas. I know the competition he played against at Prime Prep was piss poor...but i like this kid ALOT. And I guarantee you after this week, everybody is gonna be all over him.

If he keeps showing out at the UA practices and game, he will definitely get some attention, but when you are 6'4" going up against kids that look like they could still be in middle school throughout your season, there's reason for coaches to have some doubts

Isn't there always a cloud of doubt over kids coming from that school because of the transcripts? Has all that been cleared up or are the kids from there still having trouble being accepted at other schools?

The issue is always getting transcripts from the first school and Prime Prep. Doesn't start on a good note when a guy who has no clue what he's doing opens up a school.

I would think after Mickey and that class of basketball recruits they would get their shite together but I don't know if it's changed

The guy that started it with Deion knew exactly what he was doing, setting up a way to funnel money to himself with no regard to who it impacted.

Exactly and now those two are even butting heads. I would love to meet the committee that even agreed to allow them to do this. You really couldn't have looked at their plan and gone "Well, this sounds like a good idea"

I knew I had seen that name before when I read it in the other thread about first impressions at the UAAAG.

Any chance we go after him? Looks like an under the radar kid. He's 6'4 and already checking in with decent speed and at 200lbs. He doesn't look like a 'chunk up the ball and I'll catch it' WR either. He looks like he knows some routes and he can make some people miss as well. Since he plays DE as well, he could probably switch there if he doesn't pan out at WR.

Get on this kid!
