Local news showed 3 tds from first half 11yds 3yds and what looked like over 50+ yds but said he had 4 don't know stats but sounds like 150+ and 4tds as a team had over 400 total yds and 27 first Downs

question for any Lake Charles or general in the know folks: was at a basketball event recently in the LC area and talks started on Quinn. 'People' that were commenting on the matter have said he has slowed on LSU and leaning A&M. With him stating why would I want to go to LSU and get 30 passes all year when I could get that in a few games! Have any of y'all heard quality news on him? Thanks - I do realize along ways till Feb '14.

His first half stats were 11 catches for 197 yards and 4 TD. He finished with 13 for 215. The score was 28-28 at halftime. Parkway used extra people to defend Quinn in the second half so Barbe simply ran the ball. The Barbe RB got most of his 100+ yards in the last two periods. West Monroe will be in Lake Chuck next Friday. I hope to see Smith more involved in the offense.

I just don't see why there's a terrible misconception with the passing game at LSU.
Jarvis ended the game with 8 catches yesterday. Beckham had over 100 yards. It's more a pro style offense and not a gimmick.
Mett missed on 2-3 long balls going to OBJ.
8 catches is well above average for most WR per game in college.
If he thinks that he should be getting 9-10 catches a game like he's doing in HIgh school, he probably should wake up. He's not going to be the most talented player on the field anymore. He's going to be one of many talented kids on the field.

On his twitter a lot of his friends are Aggie fans and he is quoted as saying Ryan swoopes is his college idol take it for what its worth but he has a point T a&m will throw the ball to him lsu could be every other game hope he picks lsu but I wouldn't wanna end up like Ford or shepherd not getting but 1 touch every other game hope he picks lsu tho

He'll be at LSU. I know people like to go pc and say these recruitments are business decisions and in part they are but at some point fandom takes over and Quinn's fandom is for LSU and it's a sincere and strong based fandom. He loves LSU. He likes TAM. That will be the key in the end.
