Nope. The board in general. You didn't post anything close to the things I'm talking about. You only posted the fact that Williams is a 2 team battle. I get the idea that you know the type of posts I'm referencing.

Bama offers multiple kids in La every year but lsu still manages to lock up 80-90% of instate offers annually. I don't see that changing at this point. The negativity on this board is frustrating. Frank Wilson can recruit and has won head to head battles with Bama repeatedly.

Williams seems to have a little more finesse rather than raw power. Nonetheless he combines both to be pretty formidable. Guys big enough to block him usually aren't fast enough and guys fast enough to block him usually wind up on the ground

Man I really hope we get Tim. He has so much potential and room to grow.

Definitely. He seems to be pretty keen on Bama but I think it will pan out. Comparing him to Brockers would actually be a lot more accurate than comparing him to Montgomery

More talent than the DE from Episcopal (Tyler Harris) that was offered by Stanford and others (idk how his injury affected his offers). That is coming first hand from someone that got to block both of them for the past couple of years. With the right motivation, Tim could be a really good D1 DE. Another Sam Montgomery? Sam's skills are combined with a motor always running and a ton of leadership skills. I don't think it's fair to compare at this point.

I'm in the same boat and can tell you Willams' speed just edges out Harris' slight strength/size advantage. At least from a DE perspective

Tim Williams is the real deal. He has the frame, speed and a motor and was virtually unblocked this year.

He can run too. Hes usually one of the first people down on kickoff everytime. If you haven't seen him play you should. He's unblockable 1 on 1

What year did you coach at G.O.? My brother-in-law was the head coach there for about 12 years. He had some great teams with like of Gabe Northern, Eric Randal and many others.
