There are a few things wrong with this: first off, you can't blast a customer (regardless of who it is or what they did) on Facebook because it reflects poorly on the establishment. Secondly, she clearly posted that while she was at work, which means she was using her phone at work, which most people know in the restaurant industry is frowned upon. If this makes it back to management there, I will be surprised if she isn't suspended or fired.
We are talking about the stupidity of posting something negative about a customer on facebook (particularly a high profile customer in this case) and this girl clearly being a lazy arse. Restaurant industry is customer service driven dipshit. Also, your point about the pay is moot if she's working for tips. That table alone could make her night. Poor baby had to stay late on a Friday night....awwwwww. Sorry she had to work at WORK. Idiot

How about your boss who employs you that makes an absolute killing off of keeping this deal with lsu? How about the economic gain a successful football program brings the area. I'm not even talking about how much the area and state live and breathe for the football program and always say miles is outworked..

My guess: little rich girl whose daddy is making her work a bit to try and instill some work ethic. She has plenty of money already, so is pissed because she's losing an hour of partying to have to continue to work. She got likes from the other little rich girls who are her friends and wanted her out. Instead of Texas de Brazil, daddy, get her a nice job at Taco Bell.

I have and I would tell you to stfu and take out the trash, and come ask me for your tips later as I will close out your tables. If you had a problem with that , well you know where the door is? dont forget she is not the only one working the front of the house much less the back, and the rest of the restaurant did not go to FB to complain.
Again you close at 10pm not 9:56pm and I dont give a shite who walks in the Pope or Miles you dont break down till 10pm!

that said, Miles isnt the type of guy to do it purposefully; he is one of the few cases where he has legitimate reasons.
its a known trade characteristic that all servers bitch to their coworkers and loved ones about the shiity nuances of the job, but she should not have posted about it online.
get a life. if you go online to bitch about your personal life, you could use to be humbled and need a few more honest friends to call you out. obviously some of her friends have sense, hence the post on here. she should thank him.
