Actually had another TD called back due to illegal formation. He deserves every single bit of recognition he receives. Just a phenomenal player.

If there is a more talented WR in this class I haven't seen him.

Yea, but apparently LSU is not paying attention to him and "doesn't want him" .

All of this from a poster who said this was straight from the horse's mouth.

He looked like a player I wish we had down in Baton Rouge. Very upsetting he isn't coming to Red Stick. We are going to regret not having him in this class. Very intelligent, athletic, and in control.

As for Marshall. I met someone last night who is friends with him personally.

Just passing along information. I don't know if I believe him or not, but we spoke at length throughout the scrimmage..

He said he likes Miami and Texas A&M. Doesn't think he will be in Baton Rouge. I think he was just getting a kick out of saying it, but he implored me that he knows him and showed me his cell number and texts. Nothing of value in the texts pertaining to LSU, but he does know him.

Big Deal, I know.

5-A is deep as shite this year.

Most likely Miami. Ta&m might have a coaching change after this year.

Vastly improved. More mature, doesn't tuck and run. Uses his legs to let the receivers get open. Not catching 60 games this summer has allowed him to come into camp with a fresh arm. He's always had the arm strength, but a fresh arm is impressive.

WM didn't take a single snap in the I when I was there last night.

Does someone know what:
1) Terrance Marshal stats were
and
2) Slade Bolden stats were

All stats if possible. Defense, Offense, and Special Teams.

Thanks ahead of time

Terrace had 4-5 catches for 130-140 and 2TDs I'd say. Slade threw for about 130-140 and a TD, ran for 60ish and a TD. Had a dropped TD pass too. The ones played roughly 20 minutes of actual game time. 2 15 minute halves, but they were out with 10 minutes to play. So not even a half of action.

JJ I was not impressed with Rodgers whatsoever. What about you?

He threw some bad balls to some open receivers out of the backfield on multiple occasions. That pick he threw in the 1st half with #4 running down the sideline was just horrible. All he had to do was lead his receiver to the endzone. Maybe he just had a bad performance, but he was not crisp whatsoever.

Also, who is #4 for West Monroe on defense? That kid is gonna be a stud if he is only a sophomore. Covered very well for a kid that big. He was in the secondary and looked the part. Could end up at linebacker and big a big time recruit with his coverage skills and size.

I was impressed with #12 also. He will set WM into a new stratosphere in terms of offensive identity before he leaves. Best pure QB I've ever seen out there. He threw on the run flawlessly and had some velocity on this throws. Very impressed with the offensive staff so far.

Brooks Miller. Learning to play the position, was a RB at West Ridge. Stud athlete

Garrett Kahmann. Dad pitched at Tech. Mom is in the Tech HOF as a volleyball player. Great pedigree, fantastic character. Love the kid, another West Ridge product.

That Miller kid is special. That is no joke. The way he defended #8 a few times was highly impressive. He has great range and ability to cover space. He doesn't need to get much bigger if he wants to stay at safety. Just continue to develop his feet and hips.

The sheer amount of talent in the sophomore and junior classes is staggering.

He's not going to Miami or A&M. The kid loves LSU

I doubt he goes to either also.

I think the young man was just acting like he has some inside info because he knows him.

I didn't doubt they were acquaintances only his validity in stating Marshall was headed away from Baton Rouge.

He is head and shoulders the most explosive receiver I have seen in Louisiana from a deep threat standpoint. The guy who sat with me was from Airline and stated that at the camps Marshall attended he did get hemmed up a few times and that he was stoppable if you hit him at the line of scrimmage and played physical.

Said Marshall has great hands, but his feet need work getting off the line on jams.

Just passing along info is all. Don't shoot the messenger.

I grew up with his dad and aunts/uncles. I think they want to go to LSU but we need a good showing on offense this year.
