that's UF's mod on 247 I believe.
probably just changing it because UF's coach has been increasing pressure on him.
Franks stated in his last interview that he was solid as of right now.

Franks is solid to LSU. Its time to abandon the 2 qb class and focus on Franks.

Most likely has a quote or read a quote of Franks saying he likes the new coaching staff and he wanted to be the first IF something happens. He can't put a pick in for LSU because its locked after he commits to the school hes committed to.
Crystal Ball is now just a game for these writers. In theory it was going to be a great tool for judging where a recruit will go, but its just stupid now.

Yeah. In some cases, it has become just another way to get people to pay to read the VIP "story" that accompanies the CB.

He's one of the resident recruiting guys on BR. Has us finishing 6th behind FSU, OSU, Bama, USC and UGA in that order. While all those teams have a shot, I highly doubt we finish outside of the top three.

I think UF has a legit shot on getting Haskins though, and I do believe that's where he ends up on signing day (even if he commits to Maryland or Rutgers in the summer).
