Worrisome, sure. Same thing you have said on five different threads, also sure.

To be fair, you can rebuild LB depth more quickly than DL depth because LB is physically easier to play. That also means that the young guys we have on the DL shouldn't ever really be counted out, guys come along at different speeds.

If we don't hit on more SDE

Now you got other people saying this wrong. It's just DE or most other teams DT. SDE is 1 spot in a 4-3 defense. We play 2 DEs left and right, which again basically DTs in 4-3's. They play 3 (outside shoulder on guards) and 4 (on top of tackle) technique depending on different factors

Well this all but assures he’s Bama bound now. Saban didn’t have the room for both brothers so he magically made the problem go away. Now he will take Ish this class and lock him in and probably still not take his brother next year.

I guess everyone will finally get what they want. Ish is getting to go to bama without repercussions of spurning his brother and LSU as the only team to offer both. Everyone on this site should be happy about not wasting a scholly on Rodney. Win, win.

Well, if everyone felt the way you do, I wouldn't have had to defend my points in the multiple threads you're referring to.

I'm pretty sure nobody's forcing you to be here or read these threads, anyway, broseph.

Please keep your dumb, whiny shite on the Tiger Rant then. It’s been the best board on TD for years specifically because people who know nothing about football like you don’t post here. This will end up being a blessing similar to 5 for 5 in 3 years, but I wouldn’t expect some worthless pencil pushing athletic department suckass like you to see that

Dude, are they DE's or DT's? Because most people here refer to NT as DT, as well.

There's nothing wrong with this:

SDE NT SDE

It's fine...plus, we don't know exactly what side guys like Young, Pickering, Moore, Fuller, Ish project to, anyway.

Just figured it was less confusing this way. People refer to these positions as different things in different defenses, just as they do with LB's.

As an didnt coach at GA or Clemson and doesn’t have the same relationships with people in those areas. He does it to LSU because he can.

It's not that worrisome. I think you're too worried about current position classification

Does anybody know how our current players and signees felt about the 2 for 1 deal? Do they think it’s bull shite as well or do they not give a damn?

As of right now, here's our exterior DL depth in 2020:

***Farrell - SR (if he stays)...I think he'll be here
****Logan - SR (if he stays)...I think he could be gone after next season
***Thomas - SR...may never play for us
****Cotton - RSSO...plagued by injuries for the last 2 years
***Jenkins - RSSO...same as Cottom with the injuries

I didn't count true freshmen.

Does this worry you?

Because he doesn’t automatically face them every year and because he has less ties to their areas than he does Louisiana. LSU is the only school that Bama faces every year that continuously recruits around the top 5. We also have no in state rival to thwart us from getting in state recruits. LSU has the capability to become a dynasty program and he knows it better than anyone. The right AD and coaching hire is all it would take to turn LSU into a major powerhouse. The money is there to keep a great coach from being poached by other teams, and the recruiting grounds are extremely fertile with no in state rival. People talk about Bama and what they have done there, but LSU is actually primed for an easier path to even more dominance than Bama has had. LSU has just unfortunately made very piss poor decision with how they’ve hired people.

Game Set Match for the Sopsher's to BAMA

Rodney Sospher will never set foot on Alabama's campus as an Alabama football player.

Theres no reason to use this as a reason Ish chose Bama.

Yup, Nick Saban is not giving Rodney Sopsher a football scholarship.

The Sopshers need to understand this.

I obviously have no clue. I was told he was good to go to sign. Looking like I got some bad info on that end.

I hear ya, been down that road too many times myself! The reason I asked you that question a couple days ago is because I had heard through one of my contacts that Rodney wasn't going to be eligible in 2019 but he wasn't 100% positive, that is why I pinged you on it thought you might be more up to speed than my guy.
