It looks very very similar to what Harris did actually I think Harris had more versatility in his film. The film I have seen is basically either throws in the flat like quick screens or deep balls. I simply wouldn't offer until he camped or I knew much more about him. Couldn't offer on film alone really. He most certainly has an arm and is accurate on the deep balls but so was Harris.

Athletes that they want receive funds from an endowmentfund. The ivy league has billions of dollars in these funds. So technically not a scholly, but it works much like a scholly.
