I'm glad Janzen Jackson was able to make a few good friends at UT.

So does Jackson get a one game suspension or is Kitten gonna really go off and suspend him for two?

I don't think the TENN fans are going to put up with a light suspension. From what I've read, they want these guys gone for good,no matter what the cost. This happened after the article about Janzen has leaned from his ways, was posted on Volnation.

O Rly?

KNOXVILLE (WATE)—One of the men police said was a victim of an attempted armed robbery by three UT football players told 6 News Thursday he thinks they should stay on the team.

Corey B. Zickefoose, 20, said he was sitting in the driver’s seat of a 1998 Hyundai Elantra on Cumberland Ave. when one of the players pulled a gun and demanded money.

But that’s not enough to prevent the players from being kicked off the team, he told 6 News.

“I think they should still be able to play football, regardless,” he said. “Tennessee is my place. It’s my football team.”

“Even after they put a gun in your face, you say let them play football?” 6 News asked.

“Yeah, it’s Tennessee. That’s the way it is sometimes,” Zickefoose said.

This was too good to pass up. From Stevie Ray Vol in the SEC Rant:

quote:

It is being reported that Jackson has been a "PAIN IN THE arse" ever since he got to UT..Supposedly stole somebody's stereo, slapped his girlfriend, got into it with a bouncer, flunked a drug test and now this

I'm sure his friends from Welsh were the bad influences : casty:

Great roll model for the young kids that look up to them...

For someone representing a university I guess its okay for them guys to be doing drugs and having possession of drugs, and robbing civilians while on scholarship

sarcasm

Didn't RP's Varsity shite also involve Loomis' kid? If that's the case no jury need be drawn, the kids NFL future is equivalent to Marcus Vick.

Janzen gets what he deserves...
And screw Lance Guidry..douchebag
Perfect role model.

And whats this shite about Max being banned?
I'm going complain at once about this injustice!

I think the whole world knew it was only a matter of time before something like this happened, what with the attitude of Kiffin and the thugs he is stockpiling in Knoxville. He is turning that place into the new Miami.

Nothing will happen regarding Jackson. Kiffin is not Les Miles.

I wondered yesterday why I never saw anything from him on this.

No Max or CPA at this time kinda sucks.
Both would have a lot to say.

My take is they were all high as a kite and not thinking clearly. Look at the mug shots again....if they drug tested them after the arrests, none of the 4 would pass it.
