Simons a guard?

Let's say we get #9 rated PF Elijah Thomas to sign
with this year's C Elbert Robinson
AND Jerrell Matrin and Jordan Mickey decide to stick around one more year
do you consider playing Ben Simmons at SG?
don't give me any "he's a SF in the pro's, so he has to play it at LSU" answers.
Cause any baller knows that an NBA SF would relish the chance to enhance his perimeter skills in college- there's just rarely an opportunity to do so.
Just curious cause if all these prime recruits who play guard do turn out shunning the Tigers and we are left with a team stacked with bigs (See: last final 4 run) do you think we could make it work?

Agreed. Martin and Mickey both likely gone after this season. Mickey seriously considered leaving this year and if Martin improves his stock, he will leave as well.

Really poor headline, OP.
I was trying to figure out who Simons was and why we were considering another guard when I thought our offensive line recruiting was done at guard and were really only looking for tackles at this point.
