Leastrunk is still considering Texas

just thought i should post this up especially for those guys from Auburn who feel Seastrunk is a LOCK at auburn. And those who might I add, foolishly think Dyer, Lattimore AND seastrunk are all Auburn locks. lol.

With 5-star/4star super studded athletes, you can never say they are locks for any university. In fact, if they say they are a lock for a certain university, and they dont commit to them within a short span, you can start worrying or almost discount that recruit from committing to your university.

As people mentioned, DeBose was all over LSU and then went ahead and bid us a farewell. So unless the recruit signs early like Shepherd who says he loves the school AND signs and THEN says AU is awesome to get other top notch recruits for the Univ., then its a diff. story.

Anyway, given this article, what do you think Auburn's chances are of keeping LS?

I think things with Lache could be drastically different in six months. Not necessarily for the benefit or detriment of LSU, he just strikes me as a kid that gets a bit caught up in the excitement of the recruiting game.

That's not a knock on Lache, just part of this nutty process.

I have seen plenty of LSU fans on this board who believe Lache Seastrunk will end up in Baton Rouge. The Auburn fans who believe Lache will go to their school are delusional, but the LSU fans who believe he will go to their school are not delusional. Is that what you are saying?

You shouldn't be considered delusional. According to the interviews done by Auburn people, why would you not believe Lache goes to your school?

Not buying it.

He's taken recent trips to both Auburn (2 of them) and Baylor over Texas and that includes a no-show at the June 7th Camp in which he confirmed he would be attending and didn't even bother to call the coaches and let them know he wasn't gonna make it the day of. Once again, not buying it.

I posted on here a month ago that he told Mike Scarbrough in a one on one conversation after all the talk about Auburn, that he had not named a favorite and he is still wide open.

Don't know. Don't care. I've been hearing about him for over a year now. I've looked at him, and my conclusion is,I like him. AND, he's a good football player. I want him to go whereever he feels most at home. And, I wish him the absolute best. Com'on, he 18!! I have a daughter who's 18. They're not kids, but they're not adults. That's just fact. But, the fact that I see is that this is a good kid/adult. Best wishes.
