I think he sticks with Auburn because of the system in place there, but it's something to monitor. His main reason for picking Auburn is to play as a true freshman and if White is the man, that could be difficult. I don't think Narcisse is a priority by any means, but he is a solid athlete and will continue to watch and monitor LSU.

Well he's not playing at LSU as a freshman with Harris and Franks in the fold

I doubt he plays as a true freshman anywhere at a major program. He's better off finding other priorities.

I agree. I think he will have a lot to learn as a qb from a technique standpoint and reading pressure and defenses. I am not sure he would even play QB at LSU, but he's a top athlete from LA so you have to keep him in mind.

Agreed. I think he may have some packages like the Aggies have with Murray, but even guys like Brandon Harris and Blake Barnett aren't handed the reins to quarterback starved teams right away.

Long way till 2017 signing day.

Auburn could run through 2 more quarterbacks by that time.

Auburn going to Sean White only helps Narcisse IMO.

While Johnson wasn't much of a runner White is almost no threat to run. They will want that running QB and Narcisse fits that bill. He will probably have special packages for him as a freshman.

Very good advice. It's very difficult for freshman QB's to get on the field. With that said, Auburn's system is quite easy to learn. The Auburn Playbook is a quarter the size of LSU's.

After rewatching the game the announcers mentioned several times how JJ impacted the system offense.

basically he said he hindered Auburn and what Malzahn normally does. I think LN is the guy they want and picture him as the next nick marshall. I think even if Sean White has a great year which i seriously doubt or he would have been playing already, LN is an auburn lock.

But to play devils advocate for quick second. The way CC has been using BH the past two games.

3 Rushing Touchdowns and over 100 yards rushing. It might make LN see that he can be dual threat and still learn an NFL system.

Woody Barrett will get playing time over Narcisse because he is the 2016 dual threat QB. If Sean White is good at passing the ball, Barrett will come in as a true freshman and be a zone read option threat for them. If White is as good as they suspect, he'll be leaving after 2017 which would allow Narcisse to redshirt and backup Barrett who would be a junior in 2018 in this scenario.

If Johnson doesn't get the job back this year, I'm 100% sure he'll transfer because he'll be a senior and if he graduates early he can start immediately anywhere, or even if he doesn't, he still has a redshirt that will give him a year of eligibility.

If they don't turn this around they will have a new head coach by then.

Narcisse said he took one look at Franks and decided to go to Auburn..

So that still doesn't change anything in relation to LSU.

I am not necessarily lobbying for him to come to LSU but I think he has got to be concerned about what he has seen this year. A couple things relevant are that Malzahn's offense is being exposed as a gimmick and real dependent on a running first QB. Additionally, Malzahn caught a lot of flak in the SEC media days when he chirped that he is not concerned with developing NFL players. And lastly, I was unaware until this week when I was reading about Sean White that Auburn has a policy about prohibiting their QB's from working with third party coaches/guru's in the off season.

If I was Narcisse I would still be shopping. He has other options.

Aubie tends to run through coaches quickly. Speaking of which, why is no one holding muschamp's feet to the fire. It was his defense that got trampled Saturday. It was his defense that struggled with Jax state. I know it's Gus' team, but no one is men tr ioning the horrid defense. Sorry, didn't mean to derail the thread

I think switching to CB at LSU would be better for his future than playing QB at Auburn.

Man idk what the hell is wrong with auburn. I really thought they would be a top 3 team in the sec and now they are probably the worst team in the sec. It's crazy how quick a program can fall apart.
