I'd put the PAC-12 #2 over the Big 10 and Big 12 with the ACC and Big East bringing up the rear.

Yeah, I'd probably go with PAC as the second best this preseason.

Big East

Did anyone see the two comments at the bottom of the rivals article? I doubt it's really them, but there are a couple pissed off LA DB's.

If anybody saw the Rivals story about Tre'Davious moving up did you notice who the 1st person complaining in the comments sections was?

Noel Ellis Sr.

Tre'Davious White did not get invited to 5star challenge, Nike Opening, or Gridiron Kings and he moves up 124 spots NATIONALLY and into the top ten #6 position wise. In the the words of the Monday night football countdown crew C'MON MAN!!!!

I totally agree this is completely horrible. Where did they see him? If he scored touchdowns then he should be a receiver or a athlete. but to say he is better than the corners that worked all summer against the best us just horrible

I didnt realize White was going to make such a big jump.

All of the articles and reports I saw said he covered everyone like a glove at the camps he attended.
I'm going to go over and watch him play. Pretty excited about seeing him.

They probably do play in the weakest DIVISION of a bcs conference.

The mere fact that USCw is in it makes it better than either division of the ACC, as well as the entire Big East.

Except they can't play themselves, so they don't count when we're talking about their competition; divisional-wise anyway. The Pac-12 South is probably the weakest division in FBS this upcoming season. Which is what I believe Bozo Bus was alluding to.

So? If you take Virginia Tech out of the ACC Coastal division, it becomes worse than the Pac 12 South without USCw. Take Clemson out of the ACC Atlantic and it's also worse than the Pac 12 South without USCw (not including FSU's ever-present but never-achieved preseason expectations). Now that WVU is out of the Big East it's practically a FCS league. You'd have to go through and take the best team out of every division to make a valid comparison if that's how you want to do it.

The initial argument was USC's strength of competition in their division, not the overall strength of the division. I haven't formed an opinion either way, I just noticed that what was initially said might have been miscontrued.
