Rivals has Rasco as # 168 Nationally (#8 DT)

Take a look at his offer list and tell me what I missing about their ranking of him?
His offer list suggest to me he should be a top 75 player nationally.

A LB commit for SC who is a 3* has over 40 offers, including LSU. Sounds like one of the LBers in this class to me.

However, the number of offers might not be a true indication if player had a strong, strong lean (thus discouraging schools to even bother offering).

Yea Mack Brown and other coaches been at evangel. But one of evangels coaches just told me this afternoon that one of LSU's coaches have been at the school all week hanging out with the coaches and Dawson. Like they won't Rasco out of there site.
