I hope Gabe Brooks is relying on Sonny and Shea because he's never in Louisiana.

LSU fans are going to have a soft spot for all Tiger great legacies. It’s natural. If Tyrann had a son with a peg leg I’d be starting threads pleading that he gets a scholarship, lol.

If we miss out on Thomas, Bech immediately joins a very short list of prospects for the 4th spot.

Still, a Vanderbilt degree might be more appealing.

But the “experts” on here said Bech was no good...

Not salty at all. 2 months ago I said he could play himself into a late LSU offer with a strong SR season. And A few days ago I said that he has some nfl traits

That’s pretty high praise for someone with the offer list he has.

Yeah I really don’t know why he’s coming at you for this. You have been very consistent in your evaluation of Bech. I also think you’ve been fair and I agree with your opinion.

Bech is a slot player, not an outside WR or a hybrid H-Back/TE as was suggested by that recent rivals article. Say he goes to Vandy. He isn’t going to hold up at the line of scrimmage in the SEC well enough to play any TE. He also isn’t leading my back through the hole on 3rd and 1. He is best suited in the slot where he can use his strength and size to bully smaller nickel backs or his agility to win against linebackers or safeties.

You must like the kid alot to change your school to vandy on here. Its kool though I know you have a job that creates relationships with these kids.

Just a big fan of his talent or is he a friend?

I disagree with you here.

Lester has been consistent regarding Bech.
From what film I can find I think his best position would be the slot.
He does have SEC talent but this is a big wr year in Louisiana and not enough room.

Also for comparison:

Justin Jefferson - 6'1" 202 lbs; elite year as a slot receiver.
Size per NFL.

Jack Bech - WR - 6'2" 203 lbs according to his 247 page.

So Bech in the slot is not unheard of.

There is a lot to like with Bech. My only concern is his ability to separate. If he plays in the slot that makes that task easier.

Not sure if he ends up at Vandy or not, but I’m sure LSU likes the kid and would love to have him on the team. Problem is they need to trust their board and he is lower than current WR commits, prospects like Thomas, and both TE targets (Fidone, Trigg).

And I’m not saying he would ever become a true TE, but a 225 Hback is not out of the question. I’m sure LSU has even entertained him as a possible safety or future Lber. Has he played any defense st STM?

slots come in all sizes bro.

Michael Thomas is 212lbs.

JuJu Smith Schuster 215lbs

Sanu 212

Jordan Matthews 212

Anquan Boldin 216

are just a few.

I heard my boy Mike Coppage will be at STM on Monday.

There’s a Sonic on Kaliste Saloom near Ambassador.

Y’all can meet him there if you’re feeling froggy

Man, youve been gone so long, many of your jokes go way over their heads.

Clean is an OG, just disappeared for awhile. He is not a fanboy, just been around helping underrated LA prospects get scholarships for a long time.

People hate on JDetails too. Both of these guys are on the ground trying to help kids. Yall should cut them some slack.
