ED White making things very difficult for Ricky Collins … don’t think he completed a pass yet, other than an INT… ED white defense very impressive

Unfortunately he’s on a really bad team.

I saw him play against LCA. Clearly didn't have much help. But throws a nice looking pass and can run. Obviously a great athlete.

ED white defense the last two years has been good. Maybe better this year than last. They shut Walker down last year. Of course he wasn’t 100% but they still played him well.

Woodlawn wore ED White down in the 2nd half … Collins clearly the best player on the field. He’s a hell of an athlete

Collins carried that team in the 2nd half! I’m an EDW alumni and very impressed with Collins! He had about 10 drops!

I was going to chime in and say that ED White had no trouble shutting down STM and Walker Howard last year in the State Semis in Thibodaux, so no worries about Collins. Even though I live in Abu Dhabi, I get around and was at that game last year in Thibodaux.

ED White is a well coached, strong football team, so no knock on Collins if they were performing bad early. Now that I see Woodlawn came back and won the game, then I'm sure Collins had everything do do with that comeback, and LSU got a good one!

Woodlawns talent level is brought down by their coaching. I saw Collins play against LC. Hell of an athlete and throws a good catchable ball to all 3 levels. It would be nice to see him on a team with better coaching.

You don't watch them often do you If EDW had Collins at QB this team would be unstoppable.

Got some downvotes for saying that in another thread a while back. The Woodlawn coaches are very mediocre high school coaches. Just like Madison prep They are good at recruiting talent from across Baton Rouge though. The glen oaks roots run deep

Son plays for EDW . Been reading Woodlawn coaches Were “mediocre “ but they did one of the best jobs against this defense in the last two years and that includes Uhigh. Their game plan was solid and Collin’s was unbelievable with many drops
