Well, he was the highest Rivals recruit we've ever signed. #2 in the country behind only Bryce Brown.

Leonard was like #6 in the final Rivals ratings. Mike Farrell didn't think he had elite speed LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

Never seen a recruit impact a game like the honey badger, no matter the ranking. From Defense to Special teams, he has my vote as best recruit at LSU that I've seen in my life..

Best LSU player I will probably ever see. He is the reason we made it to the NCG.

It's hard to take Rivals seriously when they spell his name Randall.

Kevin Faulk is the single best recruit in LSU history. I don't care about the rankings. What it meant to sign Faulk at that time given the state of the program is immeasurable. Many people including myself believe that the road LSU football is currently on began when #3 signed his LOI.

Buga was offered scholarships to Lsu and Alabama in 9th grade and has a chance to break every sec rushing record ever. I loved Kevin Faulk and thought Randle was a great player but for anyone to say anything besides Leonard Fournette has lost their mind. Especially if he wins the heisman this year. When you team's offense is 90% Number 7 and you still run for 1900+ yards you are special.

Mike Farrell should have resigned the day after saying Buga didn't have elite speed.

Many arguments could be made but it boils down to

Kevin Faulk and Leonard Fornette. Period.

As far as return on investment, none match the Badger.

No. We've had several recruits as good as Faulk. PP7, Billy Cannon, Michael Brooks. Fournette stands alone.

If you are not old enough to remember the1990's as an LSU fan; you don't have a voice in this discussion

Kevin Faulk is the single most important recruit in the history of LSU football. Case closed
