Don't understand any of the negativity. I was sad with at least three commits looking to jump ship. They gave accurate info and it picked up my spirits. Thanks.

The more y'all talked about not talking about it, while dropping little hints here and there, the more you fed the beast. Y'all didn't do anything wrong (that I saw---I wasn't online when Memphis got banned), but the backlash was inevitable. Next time, I would just drop my hint and then not say anything else about it---just clam up and not respond to the taunts of those who want you to spill the beans. Let 'em whine.

The issue is not that people come to board with info they believe to be credible and prove to be wrong, you are correct, recruiting is fluid and sources can be wrong. No one has issues with that.
The issue is folks flocking to the board NOT sharing info under the guise I could tell you but I would have to kill you.
That is NOT info of any kind, it's BS, I am not saying they have or don't have info and honestly whether they are right or wrong is not relevant.
But if you have info or think you have info and KNOW you can't share it. Coming to the board and saying I have good info but can't tell you is of zero benefit to this board.

I've followed recruiting for a few years and put no stock in rumor anymore. The Andre Debose/Trent Richardson crap broke a lot of people from falling for that stuff. These kids troll people, and some change their mind. It isn't final until papers are sent in.

As long as LSU wasn't -1 or -2 in "booms" I'm fine with the result.

I appreciated the boom info over the last several days. some of the threads seemed ridiculous but entertaining. Thanks guys for all your efforts!
p.s Memphis, was the helicopter icon a reference to RSJ? I remember seeing a video of Sumlin showing up to one of his games in a helo. If so, nice!
