Regarding Franks

I've been pretty excited about Franks ever since he committed to LSU. I've heard a lot of good things about him, and he has great size as well. I haven't really seen a lot of highlights or gameplay of him, but I have a serious question, and I'm not trolling or trying to talk bad about him. Does he have a strong arm? Most of his highlights are of him putting touch on the ball, mainly down field throws or a lot of jailbreaks and screens. Does he have an arm similar to Harris, or is he more of a Jennings (lot of touch passes and deep balls)?
Again not trying to bring up frequently posted topics or talk negative towards him, just would like to hear some input from people who have followed him to get a better understanding of what we're going to have in the future..

He's got a strong arm. He's athletically similar to Jameis Winston.

He has the strongest arm in this years class. Exaggerating a little, but he makes Brandon look like Andrew Hatch. Kid throws lasers. He killed every camp he went to and it has been said he might have the highest ceiling of any QB to come out in the last several classes. He's far from a finished product, which is how Cam likes his QBs. Brandon was very similar. Cam fell in love with Brandon's film despite what you could call an "unorthodox" throwing motion. Feleipe's arm strengths is undoubtedly his biggest strength.

Don't give me that crap, just answer the question if you're gonna post. The recruiting board is mostly full of a bunch of assclowns, I want to hear from the rant.

He has a strong arm, but from what I've seen he's just a decent QB right now with Potential. It will take some time, and probably a redshirt year, but he has the physical tools in spades. He's a big arm/ home run guy, not a quick short-throw guy.

I said I was exaggerating you dumb shits. Of course he doesn't make Brandon Harris look like Andrew Hatch, but Feleipe is the closest thing to Jamarcus type arm strength that I've seen in a long time.

Had a cannon. watched him in the first game on ESPN. Every throw was like a laser dart.

Harris throws a better ball by far. Tight spiral with good zip (more catchable) Franks arm is strong but throws alot...alot of wobble passes and accuracy is not the best right now. Franks has time to work on things. I'm pullin for him.

Saw franks throw a 50 yard pass off his back foot in week 1. He has a stronger arm than Harris but Harris has him beat in accuracy, delivery and athleticism. Franks is no statue in the pocket but he isn't true dual threat. People hate to hear these assessments but the fact is, Franks is the type of QB who can either never see the field or be drafted #1 overall. He has a lot to work on but he made huge jumps this offseason and that's before he made it to college, so that's a good sign, but he still has a ways to go. He shouldn't need to start until his Rs. Soph year anyway so he will have plenty of time to get polished.

I know how you feel, but i think it is just the nature of his highlight videos, a lot of long balls.
You watch him in camp videos and he has way more zip to it.
