LSU doesn't play small receivers??? Any body remember the last Reed to play at LSU, you know the guy that one the Biletnikoff, he was only 5-10, guess thats not good enough to mention

Les doesn't get shite done except beat the shite out of Auburn 31 to 10 and three in a row against ya. Looks like Tubby and Chizz ain't getting shite done against LSU.

Didn't care at all before Davis dropped us. I want him now, he could make an impact for us.
However, I'm not sure how much better he is than Fobbs.

Watched Fobbs twice this year in person. Reed may be better but it is very marginal at best. Fobbs is pretty amazing

I'm not a fan of Miles, but LaFell will be a first round picks/second at worst. He wasn't as highly touted coming out of HS as Reed.
And WTF has Chizik done besides prove that he's an inferior coach to Paul Rhoads?

You guys are kinda funny over here. Bit mentally unstable, but entertaining.
First, constant Reed threads. LSU lock.
Then, Reed to AU and suddenly he is very overrated and not really wanted or needed anyway.
Currently, LSU is still in the running and maybe he is pretty good.

He wasn't "needed" before Davis decommitted.
Now, I would say he's a need. I don't fault Miles for doing what he did, though.

Most see Reed as a potential consolation prize for losing Davis. That is all. He would provide depth to our WR corp.

Exactly!!! A Louisiana boy that grew up a fan and his high school mascot and colors follow LSU's, and he thinks auburn is better choice.
I haven't necessarily been convinced of this status he has been given. I think he may be a great high school athlete that never really finds a spot in college. Quite a few guys out there that have better overall upside at receiver.
Real muscular which gave him a high school advantage that he won't have in college. OK speed, hurt much of senior year. Played qb so much, tough to judge wideout intangibles.

Reed to Auburn = sucks to lose LA kid, but not that big of a deal (do you see meltdown comparable to JM??)
