Exactly. It's sad how some of you guys are so miserable that you Debbie downers have turned this history making occasion to make this board the little sisters of the poor.

Gulps are arrogant but hell I think it says something about them that they can get anyone. Almost as if they have something to offer every recruit. Even create spots and positions.

Maybe we can learn a little from that.

aTm will consistantly use him. he will play a wr/rb role their and he will be utilized more on sweeps and options than he would at lsu. he is a spread offense not pro offense guy like we are. he benefits from an offense like oregon, aTM, ole miss, even auburn. not us though. i guarantee if he comes here he will be like russell shepherd. he will have the big time playmaking ability but wont be used consistantly enough.

Frick off. Your mindset may have been correct pre-cam but you are way off base now. You have no idea how Cam plans on using Speedy, but if you check out Cam's history with college players of Speedy's caliber you would know that Speeedy will be used a lot in LSUs offense. TAMU is suspect because almost half their TDS came on JF scrambles where he hit tall receivers downfield on busted plays.

He'll be like RS? U mean he's gonna be benched because he's not that good at football?

Tell me the difference between OBJr and RS.

One is good at football and the other isn't. It's that simple.

Speedy could be a 1000 yard WR at lsu just like OBJ.

I understand the allure of playing in a different style though, but don't be a dumbass and act like lsu ruined some superstar in RS.

You couldn't be more wrong. Go back and watch tape of how Cam used Antoine Randel-El at Indiana. He put him all over the field, and got the absolute max out of him. Granted, he was their only big impact player, but Cam basically designed their entire offense around him.

In other words, quit living in the past. This isn't a Crowton offense, or an O by grab bag committee with Miles stirring the pot. Miles and Cam are as tight as you can get without being related, and it's pretty clear that Cam has his trust. Relax. He will put the right players on the field, in the right positions.

i hope they use speedy all of the time because he is a guy that can burn you, but he isn't a typical wide receiver that we use. think about it how often did we run wide receiver sweeps this season. the offense under cam is awesome i love it. its a run the ball to set up play action. we only used our outside wide receivers this season. never utilized the slot. not bashing our offense or saying we are still a les miles ran team. just stating that speedy fits better with TAMU. the russel shepherd reference was bad because it is two different coordinators.

When I read this I knew he would be at Texas A&M. Speaking as an A&M alum, this is almost a picture perfect description of A&M campus. It's the friendliest campus I've ever been on, with students going out of their way to say "Howdy" to everyone, and the traditions of Silver Taps and Muster to honor fallen classmates are unlike anything else I've ever seen or heard of on a college campus.

I was disappointed he didn't commit to LSU, but not surprised.

Speedy who?? I don't care about any of those dudes no more....I'm over them.

504 hasn't been on the board lately because he probably doesn't want to answer all of the questions about his son going to Florida....I'm sure he is reading though. It's whatever. #GeauxTigers
