No, he's definitely recruiting him to Bama. Not really dogging LSU but it just seems like he is trying to help Bama gain ground

It's up for interepretation from what I can read. That would be the only comment I have ever seen Collins make on twitter that would even be remotely lsu positive if that is in fact a positive post about the lsu program.

Somehow every DE is a jack linebacker at bama until RN comes along. fricking Saban.

Collins is referring to Bama, not LSU.

Landon Collins isn't even at bama yet is he? He's still in high school and acting like he knows how everythings going to be at bama. Man I'm glad his recruitment and drama is over.

I hope LC's career is like Janzen Jackson's.

I hope it's not that successful but really its one thing to choose a different school, but the way he acted about it and the stuff he put on twitter just left a bad taste in my mouth. He's a phenominal athlete, but seems that he needs to be humbled.

Is there evidence of this anywhere? Reading his twitter, he never says anything positive about lsu on there and is actively posting RTR on bama recruits twitters.

Someone tweeted LC and told him to get RN mind right about talking LSU up and that he (RN) should go to Bama instead of being interested in LSU...

This. I think the OP is saying that LC is still trying to convince him, talking up Bama, therefore RN is not a lock, or LC would leave it alone.

It's far from proof, but it's better than seeing Bama players say things like "see you soon" or something of that sort.

I think Chavis is pulling more weight in this than people realize. I wouldn't bet money on RN coming here, but it's not a done deal.

Geaux, how much stock do you put in these guys recruiting each other? Do you think these guys have any influence on each other? I will say that one reason I was really happy Diarse committed so early is because I think he will recruit for us hard.

Not geaux but players recruiting players is important. These guys will be ur roommates, classmates, and teammates. In my eyes you dont have to like ur coach, but it would help to get along with ur teammates.

For something like this, it becomes a little more difficult just because they are in different classes, from different states, etc. I don't know if Reuben Foster has a Twitter but if he does, I would be surprised he isn't joining in on these efforts.

For someone like Diarse, you are right. Him and Brazil will be the cornerstones of this class and will be helping. I hope Diarse helps bring us Hootie and you know he will be recruiting him.
