That was one reason he left UCLA, but that’s not the reason he chose LSU 2 weeks later

Child really? I get it that tampering exists, but not every player is driven by NIL money so, to assume that we can go pluck anyone that we want off any smaller team may not be realistic.

He could be like Blayne Enlow from the same area and play HS and legion ball instead of travel and showcase ball. Not sure about him specifically though.
ETA: his PG profile shows his Legion team even.
Also, with Tim Corbin turning everyone in for tampering, we won’t be making noticeable moves until guys are actually in the portal. Still there are already names to watch that haven’t been mentioned here or in the big thread.

No. I’ll make it simple for you. Jay Johnson is a west coast guy tied into the SoCal travel ball circuit. He has strong relationships with a lot of travel ball coaches.
If he wants to get in contact with a collegiate player on the west coast, he knows who to call. He’s pitching MLB pitching development under Wes Johnson.
