S/S dropped the bomb on 247, setting the expectation we get the three IMG defenders. Davis looks like a great possibility as well.

LSU already has a pipeline to IMG. They've had one since the mid 2000's. I know that people don't understand this and take it for granted but LSU is a huge, well respected national brand and everyone there thinks LSU is the shite. The only reason that we haven't gotten a ton of golf and baseball recruits from there is because all of the ones good enough to go to LSU end up going pro

By "pipeline" I don't really mean that we've gotten a lot of guys from there, as far as I know we've never gotten a recruit from there in any sport. LSU just got a lot of exposure and they were probably talked about the most and one of the most popular schools along with UCLA and Florida State

IMG didn't have a football program back in those days. It's relatively new and this is the first or second year they have a roster loaded with recruits from all over the Southeast I believe.

thanks, i didnt know if it was renamed or new. I couldnt think of any players we've gotten from there, so i dont know how we had a pipeline
