Welcome to Tigerdroppings TigerLaw40. Happy to have you.

I can tell you from speaking to a highly respected head coach at the high school level that Robinson is indeed off of LSU's radar.

On the Bigby-Williams situation most of us are a little anxious to see how his journey will end. I hope he ends up in Baton Rouge but he also has a little baggage. We all know what Bigby-Williams baggage is. Well most of us do. And we know coach Wade really would like to have Robinson in Baton Rouge, however with the NCAA not granting the waiver it's pointless for LSU to stay locked in with him.

Why does this seem like a fantasy to you? It's over. We all are excited about Wade, however Robinson was a pipe dream from the get go. Don't get it twisted.

I really don't care where Mitch plays college... The ultimate goal for him is to get drafted into the NBA.

Or maybe he's just trying to find a place that will take him on the remote chance he gets a waiver. How does him going to UNO for a visit equate to attention seeking behavior?

He made a huge mistake by enrolling at WKU after Williams left, then he compounded it by leaving WKU, perhaps he was naive, it was mislead, about his chances for a waiver and finding a landing spot. And it seems like he really wants to go to college for a year instead of overseas.

It would be hard for me to believe he's enjoying this process very much at all right now.

So if it's truly UNO and Kansas, LSU just cut their losses and decided not to play the guessing game as far as his eligibility?

It probably boils down to us thinking there's very little chance he gets a waiver for this season, and it's really tough to give a scholarship for a year to a guy who could very easily never play for you if he doesn't get that waiver. Basically on his visit here probably just flat out tested him on how serious he would be committed to the team if he didnt get the waiver and maybe he just flat out said im going pro next spring regardless of the situation.

UNO kind of makes sense in that even if he doesn't get the waiver, him "representing" UNO is still a major coup, and he can work out there and stay close to home...

Someone on Twitter said he wouldn't get drafted if he sat out. The situation looks bad, but I call bullshite.
