I would much prefer the 6'5" 290-305 o-linemen. The big heavy guys are not going to be able to handle this faster pace game that most teams are going to. The LSU line has gotten to fat and to slow. Just look at the big O-Line from LSU & Bama during the bowl games and you can see what happens when you have linemen who cannot handle the pass protection.
What is the old saying " Speed kills on the highway and on the football field" We need a lot more speed on the line!

The 5 guys LSU had starting on the O line this year are faster than most 290 pound players. Collins and Hawkins are some of the most athletic linemen in the country.

Frankly....I think anybody who mentions a "crystal ball" from tomorrow forward should be banned until after NSD. If you continue to put ANY stock into this idiocy after last week, then you are apparently not very bright....and probably should not be doing any heavy investing...

You're really showing how "bright" you are with this post. The "crystal ball" stuff is more or less for fun. Also, it is usually fairly accurate at showing where a recruit is thought to be trending. Where do you think "insiders" get their information? And what do you think happens when a recruit gives a coaching staff false info? 2+2=?
