Shaq was the most dominant player in college and the NBA when he was in his prime.

We have his oldest son transferring here! (Probably should have come here in the first place). Shareef

It can’t hurt our chances getting his youngest son. He is not as highly recruited but I’ve can still ball.
Shaqir

Our recruiting haven’t really been updated in a while on 247 and don’t reflect the Shareef commitment. They really do a poor job on basketball recruiting. 2020 LSU

Hopefully more in the works!

Wade is doing a heck of a job. Going to be fun to watch over his tenure. He should retire here. Woodward needs to do everything to keep Wade.

To be fair to them, no recruiting sites take into consideration transfers or juco signings. I agree with you that it doesn’t show the complete picture, but at least they are consistent in their system.

He’s arguably the most dominant nba player of all time. He had the highest peak ever, it just didn’t last long because he didn’t take great care of himself. Put some respect on shaqs name

As much as I love Shaq, Wilt was far more dominant, bigger, stronger, and faster. Not even a conversation. Still Shaq is an all time great.

Not to nitpick your post, but Wilt wasn’t bigger than Shaq.

Wilt was more dominant to a bunch of 6'4 white guys.... Shaq is easily the most dominant big man ever. Horrible take on your part

I believe Shaqir moved with Shaq to GA recently after Shareef graduated. Shaq is there most of the year for Inside the NBA

Shaqir is better than his ranking but this is his third school I believe already so if he sticks at his school he should get a rankings bump , he's living with his dad now fwiw

I strongly disagree. He played at a time period where there were few seven footers. Most of his opposition was White. He could dominate any basketball contest on physical strength. Once Lew Alcindor came into the League, it was different. I watched Alcindor score fifty in their first playoff meeting.
When Shaq was at LSU, or even in high school, he could dribble the length of the court, and slam it.
Wilt was well coordinated but dominated because of his size and height over the opposing players.

Dumb post. Shaq would have folded Wilt up like a lawn chair. Wilt wouldn’t have had a chance to stop Shaq. Ewing, Ming, Mutombo, Robinson, Olajuwon.... none of them could stop Shaq! Neither would Wilt.

Saw the ‘Shaq & Dale” SEC storied episode?

Shaq should walk up to Dale's neighbor with multi-million $ purchase contract and buy house next door. Offer the neighbor a chance to go build a dream home elsewhere.

I would argue that simply because when Wilt played it was rare to have BIG men, he was one of the exceptions. Competition was not the same, of course a 7' 1" will dominate all others in the 6' 6" category.

Wrong. Could you imagine what Shaq would have done to all the Eddie Haskell, 6-8 white dudes with tape on their glasses that wilt bowled over? Hell, Nate Thurmond was all world and 6-10 MAYBE??? wes freaking unseld is considered an all-time great at center, and was 6-6! Shaq woulda destroyed those boys worse than wilt ever did.
