In the picture. It should come down to LSU and UK. The more time that goes on, the less confident I get about Malik. He could certainly come to LSU and I think the McDonalds game helped LSU a ton, but as the UK players leave, he could certainly decide to go the UK route.

It's obvious this is what he is waiting for...

If 5-7 really do leave, he's UK-bound. That's just my gut feeling and I have ZERO insider knowledge on this cat.

Would love to have him, but I feel like if he was going to commit to us, he would have done so already.

The question is going to be how dead-set he is at playing point guard. Because if he wants that, Kentucky still isn't an option. His buddy Briscoe is the top point guard in this class and I would imagine have a leg up for the starting spot. Ulis isn't leaving, Calipari loves him and he's the perfect backup PG.

Now, Calipari may be telling him he can play PG but the moment he signs on that dotted line, he's a SG the whole time there

He's the definition of a combo guard. Just because he can score doesn't mean that's all he is. He got praised a lot during the McD's week for his passing ability. He also had some great passes in the game.

Where is SNAPPERHEAD when you need him?

I haven't heard anything positive or negative. I saw on here a couple of days ago that he was a lock to Miss St. But the thread got wacked. If he goes to Kentucky he will have 2 pure point guards ahead of him. I feel like i'm watching CeCe Jefferson's recruitment again.

What are the comparisons of CeCe and Malik?
