Florida State is rocking it with three extremely tall WR.

Which begs the question - do you clamp the safeties down (if none of the 3 is a true deep threat)? Put 1 over the top and double the outside receivers? Rotate your zones? Jam the slot with a linebacker? (This is why defense is harder than offense - reaction is inherently more difficult and demanding than action.)

I mean if all the WRs have height advantages, it can become a modified basketball game out there.

Then toss in two possible starting TEs like DeSean Smith and Jacory Washington and defense no longer becomes fun

I'm still deflated like a 60 year old titty from yesterday. I'm not getting my hopes up for shite.

I used the term "disaster" (with all apologies to Jamal Adams - JA - you know I love you, brah, right?) - but I watched buganation commit, anyway. It felt much less "disastery" - plus I really enjoyed watching some of our long-standing commits play - Jacory and Brumfield, particularly. Brumfield looks like a natural guard, but it would not take much to make him a tackle, IMHO.

I think mizzou has a 3 wr set with no one under 6-4, with green-beckham being the headliner at 6-6. Football is starting to get the basketball players more involved. It's evolving because the mismatches are so great.

I don't have a problem with this. From what I've seen he's extremely capable of housing an5 yard out route
