$2-3 million per year for what? How would you recommend allocating those funds specifically for LA recruits?

I think people just say this shite to say this shite...you literally have no idea how much money LSU devotes to LA specific targets. I'd be willing to bet most of the money goes to FL, TX, GA, and VA kids because they are further and distance = money in recruiting.

More money for recruiting is senseless...we are recruiting well now. If we want to be 1st every year, the answer isn't more money specifically for recruiting...it's facilities. aTm and Oregon have a huge advantage right now...and this decision that delayed the ability to build the Nutrition Center because of state funds was huge.

I think Stephon Taylor is going to be the name to remember at the end of the year.

It sounds like this kid is still looking around even though he is committed to FSU. He wants to camp at LSU.

Not only that, but I like how they just throw out a number of 2-3 million because, hey, we're LSU, right? Basically just saying we need to quadruple our entire recruiting budget and put us in the lead, recruiting wise monetarily, by more than double (nearly triple) the new number 2 team. Wow! Let's just up our recruiting budget to 5 million and be done with it!

Our recruiting budget is fine b/c most of our roster is filled with La players...maybe with O and Steele on board, we'll venture out more, which will increase the budget.
