I didn't say you couldn't play both. I would bet that Chad Jones signed a football scholarship and not a baseball scholarship.

Chad had a football full ride.
NCAA rules for football is that multi-sport stars that play football must have football ride and the same for Basketball. If a player plays football and basketball, then football trumps.

He and his entourage were going on and on about LSU baseball. Kid was wearing a nice LSU jacket, but had a flat bill pelicans hat. Put down a whole pizza and salad. Didn't realize who he was until someone said his name and I googled his bro.

You don't have to worry about Matt. Kid is an honor student and bleeds purple and gold. He's gonna stick by his commitment and will not be lured by some flash in the pan MLB bonus.

I haven't seen him pitch, but he can spin the football. He is very mobile and elusive for a guy his size and makes some crazy accurate throws across his body.
