At opening , LOL! He looked pretty damn good to me and i know im biased but i didnt see ten qbs better.

Because it's a popularity contest and he wasn't from a big powerhouse 5 or 6a high school. Don't read much into what these people say or think. This kid is the real deal and he should be bumped up to a 5 star after this season IMO.

Well it's a passing competition and he didn't do great. I think he has performed in the. Bottom half.
Great kid and a 7 on 7 tournament with a 3.5 second window doesn't define him. To make it was huge honor in itself

Just like you can't over react when someone does well in this stuff, you can't overreact when they don't.

247 ELITE 11 FINAL RANKINGS
As you can see as posted by elite 11 he was ranked 6 out of twelve. He also was the qb that won 3 games today to advance his team to the semifinals. He played the majority of those three games because he was scoring and advancing his team. It was not until the 5th game of the day that his arm tired and decided to turn it over to McCaffrey. He also had one of the highest completion rankings of all qbs at the event. Only 2 games of his team's games were televised so it was hard to see how we got to the semifinals. This kid is the real deal....

When I posted that the most current rankings had him at 10. That's after what I saw Saturday.
He did great on Sunday started with a pick then set the world on fire.
Regardless of the rankings I am glad he made it. we had a huge presence a lot of tiger topics and even a commitment at the opening. Seeing Brennan interact with Forunette and other committe like Ausbon and Delpit and Charles to even photos with Fournette.
You have to think Defensive players like Moses and Wilson see him and think like hey if QB has been holding LSU back then we have one with MB.
But as the end of the day it's throwing against air and a 7 on 7 settings. Wait until he gets behind our line. Lol.

Couple of his teammates got injured and he was throwing to back ups and converted defense backs.......says the guys on espn
