I'll be surprised if he goes first round now. He's looking like a special level of headcase.

I won't be. Leading up to the draft you'll start seeing planted stories about how much he's matured and al kinds of shite like that. His agent will make sure he still puts him in a position to go first round.
Also, there is so little actual impact talent in each draft that teams will still be very willing to take a chance on him.

7 footer with a 7-4 wingspan? he won't make it out of the teens, if he falls that far.

From the ESPN article:
Not being seen at all against competition is going to hurt. Even the kids who go overseas have something to scout from. Adding in just looking like a dumbass by going back and forth with WKU, he'll drop IMO.

Robinson is an NBA prospect, but the recent uncertainty has not helped his draft stock. "He's a huge red flag," one high-ranking NBA executive told ESPN. "And I'm not sure he's even that good."

Makes it seem as though he is too lazy to go to school for basically 1 semester while women throw themselves at him and he is king of the campus. Would.be a red flag to me

He should concentrate on his GED first. Then figure out how to give the money back to Western Kentucky. Then get some tips from Ben Simmons on how to go through the motions on a college bb team.

He seems level-headed. He'll make a model 76er.

Who is advising this kid
Honestly he's a good kid... Saw him at the Chalmette Holy Cross game which was kind of odd, and I posted that on a WKU board before the news broke that he was leaving again...
I've seen him three times at our football games this year... I think he values our atmosphere where he can just walk around like any kid and no one really hounds him. At WKU he's getting treated like the ubersuperstar and getting girls throwing themselves at him, taking selfies, etc. That probably happened when he first came to CHS, but after a while he just blended into the background... He did notably once do pregame warmups with our girls volleyball team, so he has a sense of humor. If you've ever seen his Twitter or Snapchat, you've seen the picture with the dog ears filter.
Point is, WKU is a respectable program in CUSA, Stansbury is a good coach with skins on the wall, but he couldn't bear living with Kiges and Kigettes...
Make no mistake, we will see Mitch on an NBA court, but his real question marks are off of the court. I can see where being out of the spotlight and not playing games and not living the college star life hinders his development

Honestly your post makes it sound like he'll be a surefire bust.

the only question is if he' a lottery pick
no team in the 20s is going to pass on an athletic, coordinated 7 foot American kid b/c he left a program after the coach that recruited him was fired. 7-footers who can barely catch a basketball pass or dribble are picked late in the 1st round

I'd be surprised if he's a lottery pick, teams do NOT like to potentially throw those picks away. I think he gets taken late 1st round. Which may be great for him if he gets on an already good team.
