After watching his junior highlights I think this guy is being under looked. 6-3 230 DE. Little undersized but give him 1 offseason and he can get up to 245ish. He played WR and DE. His WR skills really shows off how athletic he is. Reminds me of Deion Jones how he was under looked. (not saying he reminds me of Deion Jones style of play)

Yeah, he is. I'm personally looking forward to seeing who develops better between he and Tim Williams, as they're very similar WDE's...and obviously there's the other recent history.

He's definitely a killer athlete. He might be a little small to make an instant impact this year..but a little bulk will make him one to watch going forward imo.

One of my favorites this year. I think we've got a sick defensive line haul this year..better than anyone actually realizes right now.

I think he's our most underrated recruit with Neal.

Dude I read on Neal's twitter he benched 225 20times. Now I don't know if that is true or not but if it is that is amazing for kid his age. That is some serious stamina and strength.

Beast is still ok I thought . A wde who has a 80 yard td on his tape because he played wr too? What is above beast? Dont care what he is called as long as it is a LSU Tiger!!

Yea, I've heard he's strong. What impresses me about Neal is how polished he already is. Wouldn't shock me to see him get immediate PT here on Dline.

Patterson is my favorite of the DEs actually. He's a little raw, but wow what a great athlete. Seriously reminds me of Mingo.

What I really like about him though is he plays with a chip on the shoulder. He's got a little mean streak in the highlights. I like that in a DE.

He's playing 2A ball so he looks like a man among boys. College might be an adjustment for him in terms of competition level. But if he can rise to the challenge and gain some weight he'll be a beast.
