I know a couple receivers who just went for over 1000 yards a piece and going to the NFL running very similar deep out routes to what Holland Jr was running in the vids...

I was trying to avoid saying if we miss on Dupre or if Chark doesn't qualify. Has anyone heard about this? I remember around the time we offered there were concerns that he wouldn't, does anyone know if he is on track?

This kid looks pretty good, surprising he has so few offers in general. With a school like Rutgers offering, you would think he would have a handful of ACC offers as well.

Dad is doing work to get his name out there.

I'm no expert, but he looks like a kid who could develop into something special. He's big, fast and runs good routes, but my favorite part of his highlight is that he's physical and looks to have a competitive attitude with the ball in the air and after the catch. His only real weakness that I see is he is a little slow out of his breaks during routes or after the catch which could be improved with quickness drills... and that's just being very picky.

The fact that he has played OLB for a few years tells me he is physical... something LSU likes/looks for in WRs and could earn him playing time on special teams as a freshman/RSFreshmen.

I see no reason why LSU shouldn't pursue him now that Noil wants to see the world (in College Station). LSU could get three big, physical WRs in this class depending on Dupre.

only one year starting wr will do that....if you aren't on the radar as a sophomore or early junior year, this happens. not sure if he went to camps either.

Probably not, since we have two Louisiana 5 stars locked up.

Anyone else notice when this board finds out a recruit's dad or relative posts here people go out of their way to continually talk about how awesome they are?

Stevie would disagree with you.

who cares? it's better than the rest of the dog shite on here right now. his highlights are impressive and if TD helps him get exposure then that is great for him whether its lsu or not

Based solely on his film, he's a definite take, IMO. I do hope Les reaches out to this guy

Most that play FBS football have a good film reel.

While most of the time I would agree with you, this kid actually looks better than most of the "have you seen this kid" posts from obvious handlers. He is gifted and just needs a little more quickness out of breaks and cuts. His physicality would be great early for special teams and depending on his quickness improving could make him an awesome WR.

We were talking about the kid even before his dad/relative came on the board, but thanks for trying

Don't see up really going after anyone other that A. Jackson in that position

I think the tentative plan is that if we get Adoree, then Paris plays safety (at least to start) with Battle, and Voorhies may get a look on offense. I guess a lot of it will depend on who fits better at what spot.

If we don't get Adoree - and no other corner falls out of the sky at the last minute (I believe we're still recruiting Brown) - Paris gets a first look at corner, and Voorhies and Battle play safety (and they may, anyway).

Exactly, that's probably how his dad ended up here to begin with.

Wow. I was very impressed by the film. If he runs a legit 4.47 then he should definitely be looked into. He's got size for sure, looks like he catches the ball with his hands very well, very fluid runner, looked very athletic, must be physical if he's also a LB. I would just want to see if he can beat man coverage consistently which makes me wish we would have had a chance to see him at a camp. If he can beat man coverage, learn how to run crisp routes, and already runs a legit 4.47 then he would be aneexcellent pickup for whoever gets him. Hopefully it's us, god knows we could use a few more receivers.
