Idk about all that. He plays like he bullied inferior competition all through high school. I'm sure he's good but I honestly was extremely unimpressed with his performances in the all star games. I know those don't mean anything but he was just lacking on even the most basic fundamentals. Could be a star but he hasn't shown me shite yet. I'll take sampson getting more minutes over him all day whether he was gonna come or not.

Too much about himself. Take All Star game for example, he was trying to pad stats. Plus I am perfectly fine with Patterson and a tall PG in TQ. Tigers will be fine. Just hopefully, and it's a lot to ask for, we can mesh as one team before next season.

With the amount of trolling this kid does I wouldn't be surprised if he kept us out the top 4 just to pick us come Friday, and cause more attention to himself .

Oh come on....of course LSU wanted him. The number 1 ranked pg in the country. I understand that it is now believed he isn't coming...but to say LSU didn't want Malik Newman on their team is just stupid. If he decided between now and Friday he wanted to come here..our staff would do cartwheels. Don't disparage this guys value because you think he has written us off. We are very much ok with or without him. And by OK, I mean we are in the hunt for a national title. Period.
