Dupre has visits to LSU, FSU, and UCLA (his frontrunners), in that order, scheduled. I'm guessing we'll see meaningful "rumors" sometime in there. I hate that there's two after LSU but it is what it is. We can hope that he visits LSU and verbals then, but based on how he has handled his recruitment up till now I wouldn't say that's likely.

Curtis players rarely commit before signing day.

truth hurts, eh?

whatever helps you sleep. and yes, he's been here many many times......does he really need to know more. not saying he's for sure gone, but if he does leave, you'll look back and see all the signs were there

Way to go out on a limb, there.

LSU - Quinn is the only guy unanimously thought to be a receiver as Upchurch and Chark may project elsewhere

been thinking about this for a while...Upchurch, with his size can play a few different places...6'2 225lbs...sounds like a LB to me...must be a physical WR.

Did we offer Marlon Humphrey? Seems like he and Dupre are tight.

I guess that I am just negative on these things, but it seems that when Louisiana guys wait and then announce, as often as not, they are not coming to LSU. Yes, some do, obviously. But it seems that the waiting game with the LSU hat on the table is just more out of courtesy or to build excitement.

I was predicting 5for5 by the way. But, now, I think that these guys are happy to play LSU and then do what they want. I hope Dupre comes here, but I have moved on in my mind and figure he will go elsewhere. That just seems to be how it is working at this point.

Yeah, I'm negative. Sorry.

I don't think Dupre has the same attitude as Speedy and Willis, FWIW

I hope not. I do not know him, so I have no idea.

It is pretty obvious that Speedy, Willis, CRob, and Hootie were happy to string LSU along. Add Tony Brown to that and it makes for a pretty disappointing recruiting season. Landon Collins did the same.

Guys can go where they want to go to school. It is up to them and no one from Louisiana has to go to LSU. But, if you want to go out of state, then just go and don't pretend or tell coaches/players that you are all LSU.

I am over it and done hoping for these guys. They can do what they want and I'll check who signs on recruiting day.

Just from watching interviews I don't think so either. But who knows really. It really just seems like he's thinking hard about his decision. Dupre seems like a great kid, hope he ends up a Tiger.

Maybe Hootie actually changed his mind late in the game, but it is pretty clear that CRob made up his mind LONG before he announced.

Apparently, Tony Brown did too.

And Marlon Humphrey has UCLA on his list of official visits. As does Adoree.

I don't get the fascination with UCLA.
