Diarse is listed as an athlete, but he said the LSU coaches liked his prospects as a safety. “They said I’ve got great ball skills and I’m aggressive, so they were saying something about safety, but I don’t know what they’re going to offer me as,” Diarse said.

Also, Diarse and Tim Williams will be attending Alabama's junior day later this month. Both will be back at LSU's junior day in February.

He'll be offered as a WR.

He has already been offered and those quotes are from after junior day of the boot. So there has to be something to the safety talk.

Also, I did not know that he plays both ways at his school. They said he played a lot of safety last year.

He projects as a safety. I'm sure Saban sees that as well.

FIFY

For someone like him and the ground we need to make up on him, I would offer him to play WR if that is where he wants to play

So it's true, recruits do read message board such as Tigerdroppings after all.

My oldest son spoke with a classmate of his in New Orleans last Monday....seems the kids believe he's going to go with Bama. Time will tell. Lots of time to decide.

From now on, I am going to be listening to these kinds of posts more closely.

Recruits only read the good things on message boards. That's why it's ok to bash our own players and bad-mouth the coaching staff to the extreme. Recruits just ignore that.

I'm sure that's how some of the rantards will spin it.

from his tweets you could tell he was really torn between LSU and Bama. But now all the stupid meanie fans made him like Bama better by posting his tweets.

Well judging by the quote from his own mouth, he has particular interest on what is said on Tigerdroppings. But it's ok, continue berating our players and coaches. It's not like you give a shite anyway.

I think Diarse is most natural at safety b/c of his ability to read the receivers and jump routes.

He didnt get a lot of looks at WR this year, b/c he cant throw it to himself. He's actually a pretty good passer with a strong arm.

If Bama wants him at safety, he needs to check the depth they have there.
