I would imagine Jimmy gets pissed that the bootleggers take all the bad publicity and IMG comes in and steals athletes.

I see IMG being obsolete in about 2-3 years. They're at the mercy of other state athletic associations.

Excuse me here but I am completely in the dark with IMG. I mean I know the name but what exactly do they do other than steal recruits heading into their senior season. Do they play Florida high school teams? Play other private schools or something?

IMG would simply fade away if legit high schools refused to play them. Would force "academies" like this to play each other. Not enough out there to support a 10-game schedule without extreme travel expenses.

I think high schools are already refusing to play them. I remember this past season they had a bye week because real high schools refused to play them. They begged Southern Lab to come to Florida to get their arse kicked.

I would have been so pissed if we lost our best player going into my senior year of high school. I get it why these players do it but come on man, this is your high school years to just up and walk away from all your friends and teammates. Guess times are just totally different now then how they use to be.
