I would say LSU gets one shock commit per year but after the UA game I think the shock is over.

This is exactly how I feel.

I think Lorenzo would be an awesome addition to our team. I watched an interview with him a few weeks ago and the guy seems smart and articule, like so many of this years recruits. We really seem to be getting high character guys this year...in addition to being great athletes. We have a great class right now, looking like one of the top three classes in LSU recruiting history. Mr. Carter would certainly elevate it even more. Come on down Lorenzo!!!

Just saw pic of him, he looks like Mingo did his Junior year!

Good grief this kid is going to be good

would be sweet to get Carter and M. McDowell in the same room and they had a "Mingo & Sam moment". Know it's not going to happen since McDowell isn't visiting. But one can dream.

He's much thicker than Mingo was at this stage.

Just wondering why anyone thinks there is no chance on any recruit.

If we LSU fans have learned anything this year it's that ANYTHING can happen in recruiting!!

There's a chance just more of a 20-30% chance

On campus, Brick is there. There's a chance.

If Chavis is back and he's there too, even more of a chance.

It seems it's a distance vs scheme/NFL thing. LSU has selling points.

That's not to say UGA can't put him in the NFL, it's just the narrative LSU will use. And they have enough history where it's not a bullshite narrative.

His parents are accompanying him as well on this visit!
Hopefully they will do the same for FSU and UGa.

A jogger friend of mine said she was running on campus and saw him with his parents. He was smiling and walking.

Robert Nkemdiche did this the same time last year. Hard to get excited when UGA and FSU are such huge players for him

Both UGA and FSU are replacing Defensive Coordinators....I have to believe that is a plus for the Tigers in this battle.

I would absolutely love for Carter to join but the reality of it happening is unlikely. Ending with Carter, Valentine, Kelly, and Dupre would put an amazing cap to a great class. Here is to hoping all those scenarios come to fruition

I think we have a very good chance here, Haley has done an awesome job.

That would be huge.

Pruitt will continue running UGA as a 3-4.

We have to sell him on the 4-3 and I think we land him.

I think logically LSU is a great fit. He is a Mingo clone and he would fit into Chavis' 4-3 perfectly. The question is is he willing to go that far from home? I hope he is willing, but he seems to have always been a UGA lean.
