Where is he working now? I know it didn't work out for him at Memphis (not sure if two years proved he couldn't do it), but he was a hell of a recruiter. If he's not working, is there anyway CLM could bring him back on the staff?

The staff doesn't have any openings.

Is there limitations on the amount of coaches a team can have? Can't create a job title for him?

Yes.

Plus he's a penis. We don't want him.

Enjoy top N. LA talent going elsewhere.

Oh, and underperforming TE's.

I don't like it either, but Les isn't going to get rid of him. Not this year anyway.

Porter wasn't the best RB coach in the world either not mention despised by his players. He'll probably sit back and collect his Memphis money this year.

i totally agree about his rb coaching, but if we are going to have mediocre position coaches i would at least like them to be ace recruiters.

I don't know enough to argue that he was a good RB coach and was oblivious to players hating him. That said, we did have some successful RBs during his tenure. A few of those RBs outperformed their natural talent, IMO.

Hester and nobody else IMO . Porter's mismanagement of Keiland's whole career was awful. He mismanaged them all in '06 and '07.

He brought in the talent.

He was a closer.

He got coffee.

Addai was a 1st rounder and good in the NFL until he started getting banged up. Scott maybe but it's not like he was a walkon out of HS.
