re: Look at the number of top recruits who declared early - Tha Truth on 1/16/14 at 5:40 pm

re: Look at the number of top recruits who declared early - Tha Truth on 1/16/14 at 5:01 pm
Other than Tyson Jackson, I can't think of a Tiger that has been drafted highly after a senior season. Until there's more examples for coaches to use to sway players to come back, I believe the trend will continue. The rookie wage scale has made the decision to jump more enticing for players see...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (2)

re: Is the SEC West about to be impossible? - Tha Truth on 1/18/13 at 1:36 pm
think you've been excommunicated from bammer nation for denying the word of God. Saban said Bama was outplayed, it has to be true. Now go back to watching your VHS of the 92 Sugarbowl everyday, you are no longer allowed to take part in this golden era, you heretic. ...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (1)
re: Is the SEC West about to be impossible? - Tha Truth on 1/18/13 at 1:15 pm
Despite losing 6 players that were in listed as starters the 2nd week of August, the team still managed to win 10 games and thoroughly outplayed the national champs in one of their losses. Having 8 months to replace 6 starters doesn't seem all that daunting. The rumors of LSU'S demise have ...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (1)
re: LSU in 2013 - Tha Truth on 1/18/13 at 12:47 pm
Due to an unprecedented scheduling glitch, LSU will have to play Alabama 12 times a year for the next 4 seasons. I predict 48 straight losses, a few moral victories, and still being more relevant than Ole Miss. Until the the two Mississippi schools merge to become manbeardawg, the per capita talent ...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0)
re: The hard numbers on Rivals "Bama Bias" - Tha Truth on 1/18/13 at 12:01 pm
So are you saying that Bama's false recruiting rankings have led to 3 NC's in the last 4 years? Sounds good to me. Makes sense.
Not the false recruiting rankings, the unwarranted rematch that national media pushed through; not having to play Oregon in Miami when the same type ...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (1)
re: What is considered an elite season for a college football program? - Tha Truth on 1/18/13 at 11:37 am
Elite being designated for a single season doesn't strike me as the best way to gauge perception of what a fanbase believes their team should measure up to. In my opinion, the only elite seasons in recent memory are 09' Bama, 04' USCheat, and 00' Miami. On the other hand, I thoroughly believe th...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (1)
re: Good article criticizing the coverage of Manti Teo vs. Tyrann Mathieu - Tha Truth on 1/18/13 at 11:23 am
A bit off topic, but why so much hate for ND and Te'o? Notre Dame may not have been the 2nd best team in the country, but they certainly earned the right to get embarrassed. Just like Oklahoma State earned that right last season, but media bias pushed Bama in to the game. Seriously, where was all of...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0)

IDK, maybe his religious beliefs prevented him from developing experience with girls in highschool causing him anxiety later on. So, when he was able to get involved with women his inexperience made the idea of relationship over the internet more appealing.... found out that he had been victim of so...

re: LSU's success at recruiting Louisiana | States of Georgia and Ohio added - Tha Truth on 1/18/13 at 9:53 am
While I pretty much agree with the point you're trying to make, the basis on which you're proving it with is kind of flawed. Georgia is more populated than Alabama and Louisiana combined; and while they don't quite produce the per capital talent that comes out of Louisiana or Alabama, they still pum...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (0)
re: Looks like Ole Miss is the new flavor of the month.... - Tha Truth on 1/18/13 at 7:30 am
7
we are capable to beat Bama we are more than capable to beat y'all or anybody else in the SEC ... But I guess you mean something to the affect of their team gets the stomach bug and to add insult to injury OM beats them in football ... Is that about right? re: How much longer for Les Miles and who would take him? - Tha Truth on 1/7/13 at 4:04 am
He's 35-6 over the past seasons... 2 of the losses were to eventual national champions, possibly 3 by tomorrow. 2 of the losses were road games against top 10 ranked rivals. Then there's the "10 wins, only beaten by teams ranked 2 and 3, WTF you mean 'Chick-Fil-A' bowl" game that had all the making...Jump to Post - View Topic - Replies (1)
