There's like 19 people with sources in this thread. Impressive.

of those 19, 3 might actually have source outside of the paysites. And all three have the exact same source, they just dont know it.

I predict he picks Bama tonight and by signing day reverses to LSU based on a complete Twitter uproar. That other safety recruit from the west coast dropped USC from his finalists because his local twitter'os put so much hurt onto him. WIth LC so exposed via Twitter, I could see an epic backlash causing him to reconsider and recommit to LSU on signing day.

he will put the Bama hat on and take it off then put the LSU hat on. Its gonna sting a bit, but watch what happens lol

I really hope he doesn't do anything like that regaurdless of who he ends up picking. That is cheesy and I hate when they clown around like that. I know its their moment and I am cool with it but just be a young man and pick up the hat that your choosing. Don't try to play or fake people out.

I agree with you. Although I would hate to see people go that far. I know they will no matter who he picks. To be fair, I think LC has brought some of that on himself though. He has worked hard to get as many people as possible emotionally involved in this and unfortunately that is going to cause people to go too far.

What has he done to get people emotionally involved he hasnt said anything and kept his recruitment close to the vest. Its people who have emotional problems that let themselves get emotionally involved.

Sounds like Cyrus K last year. Im sure a few TV's in Bama households were broken after he announced Auburn.....now that was an Uproar. He will be a star at either school I think for what its worth.

I want Collins at LSU if Collins wants to be at LSU. With Gunner and that killer OLine on offense and Collins being a star on defense, we will have some fun years.

If he chooses Bama (of all teams) rather than stay at home or go elsewhere, then he's Tiger Bait and I hope Gunner burns his arse.

Prediction - Bama
Hope - LSU

I understand Bama is a great program and playing for Nick is great.

But the rationale I've seen for him picking Bama seems ridiculous to me.

He can do what he wants by picking Bama, and I can do what i want by hating him for picking Bama. He lives with his decision, and I live with mine.

He picks LSU!

If he picks Bama, it's a loss, but one player doesn't affect my perception of the staff, team or program. I know LSU put everything they had into the kid and that is good enough for me. If you ain't a Tiger, then you are Tiger Bait my man.

He's got serious talent. LSU very rarely loses players they really want. LSU is a high profile program that gets lots of tv time and our secondary keeps pumping out 1st round NFL picks.

I don't see him going elsewhere.

I don't care what the diaper wearing messageboard trolls say.

If I had to bet I'd say Alabama.

For two reasons:

1) Puppy love is a powerful force, albeit temporary. More powerful even than LSU.

2) I think the multiple telephone contacts he had last night with LSU is the best indicator of that. IMV, there would be little reason for frequent calls to and from LSU coaches if he had already decided for LSU. Those conversations were likely sales calls.
