Is that how it works? You can post premium info it's not the entire article? Just curious how to go about this in the future. Thanks

The only way La'el doesn't go to LSU is if Miles leaves or is fired.

Barton Simmons says Collins > Henderson:

quote:

I've seen tons of guys in camp including Crisp, Hurst, Silberman, Kouandjio and others.

This fall i've seen Shon Coleman, Damien Robinson, James Stone among others in person.

Plus broken down full game film on Cedric Ogbuehi, Seantrel Henderson and others.

I'll take Collins over all of them. Just my opinion.

Collins is/will continue to be a monster. I don't think I have ever been this excited about a prospect.

You think he'll be a top 5 prospect nationally next year then? Isn't Henderson first in the rivals 100?

He's basically saying that Collins would be the #1 player in the '10 class. Nice.

That AMP piece is impressive. He's enormous but lean. Most lineman at this level seem fat and move people along. He doesn't. Kid's a beast.

He does look very impressive physically. In about 3 years our OL will be tops in college football.
Not to hijack, but how much longer do yall think Stud will be here? Imo, he's a weak link.

La'el Collins
This analyst (and many others) called him a franchise left tackle. I didn't know he played both ways, and the same analyst raved about his play as DT.

His play at DT? The kid was horrid at DT. Let Parkview's RB run right past him play after play. Has very little defensive football knowledge. BUT his play at OT was great.

Barton Simmons massively disagrees.

That's surprising when you consider that when the kid got to Redemptorist he was a defensive tackle and they switched him offensive line. It's not like he never played it before and also played DT during the playoffs last year.

I watched the videos and the guy is amazing, especially for his age. He is not fat at all and looks like he can add another 25 lbs once he gets to college.

Simmons is a pariah one day, and the next his opinion suddenly holds water.
