Yeah I know.... now we have an excuse if they dont come to LSU. We all know that TD is a deciding factor in a kids college decision.

Do you think that there are a lot of advantages of having a high profile game (in another sport) going on while a football recruit is here?
I've always wondered if this is a good or bad thing... I think it is an advantage. (Fan support, successful overall program, etc.)

FWIW My wife thinks Im insane for keeping up with recruiting and she will leave me one day because of it. I made a thread earlier about Brian Williams and I got an OT response.... so Im following suit. Im a recruiting junkie also but watch the OT comments.

Man, throw Reed in there and we have a mini Army All Star team at practice today. I dont remember anything like this happening at a spring scrimmage in recent years, but I hope it is a trend.
